By creating an account or using FabricWise, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
FabricWise provides AI-powered fabric waste analysis, layout optimization, tech pack generation, and related tools for sewers and manufacturers. Results are generated by AI models and are provided as estimates and recommendations, not guarantees.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Certain features let you use your device camera or upload photos (e.g. fabric pattern pieces, garment photos) so the app can analyze them. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us permission to process it solely to provide the app's features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any images you submit. If you opt in via the checkbox shown during pattern piece capture, you additionally grant us permission to use that photo to help improve our AI models; this is optional and off by default.
Certain premium features require a paid subscription, billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the app or its underlying services.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fabric, cost, and measurement estimates are AI-generated approximations and should be verified before manufacturing decisions. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on app outputs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
